I am going to do a challenge that I am making up as I type and I challenge you to do it with me!
day1.
A day with out speech.
I am going to not talk for the day in hopes to learn to listen to people better, focus on what they are saying, and there body language.
Day2.
A day without food.
The human body can last 3days on just water alone so I am going to not eat for the day in hopes to appreciate the food that I can get anywhere whenever I want well there is others who can almost never eat.( you can have water)
Day3.
A day without things
I am going to go through everything that I own and asking myself " If my house caught on fire and this was lost forever would I really care compared to everything els I have?"
if not put it in a bag and when your done give it to someone in need like a shelter, someone you no is struggling to get by, or even the D.I. every little thing you can give helps.
Day4.
A day without choices.
I challenge you to for one day( or more if thats how you feel) to only eat things that grow on trees or in the ground with NO seasoning or anything. and no drinks but juice you make your self from the food you can eat or water. in hopes for you to realize how many options you have, and do you really need them all?
Day5.
A day without anger.
I am going to go a day with not one bad thing to say or do. were I have to complement every person i talk to on something (without telling them what i am doing) and have no complaints or downing things to say or do. In hopes to realize what one smile can do to change a persons day and is it really that hard to be happy?
Day6.
A day in the rain.
I challenge you to be out side for a full 24hrs ( even if you have to sleep out side) with no worries, just to be in nature, be more active and to whatever you want.
Day7.
A day to think.
I have left this day empty so that you can choose what you want to do.
after all of these things what have you learned about your self if you have learned anything, and what els do you want to work on. If there is nothing to work on then just do something you have never done before
I understand that some of these may be easy and stuff you already do but i just made this up so I hope you get to do at least 3things you have never done...
